Move your WordPress site
to a headless stack.
We migrate content-driven WordPress sites to a modern headless setup. Your URLs stay intact, your SEO survives, and your editors get a CMS that was actually designed for them. No plugin treadmill, no page-builder lock-in, no more dreading the next core update.

WordPress was fine. Until it wasn’t.
Most WordPress sites do not fail because WordPress is bad. They fail because the site has grown past the model the platform was built for. Plugins fill the gaps. Page builders fill more gaps. Eventually nobody knows what is holding the site together.
Every plugin update is a small bet on whether the site will survive it.
The page builder made every page a one-off nobody wants to touch.
Editors fight the admin more than they use it.
Performance has been slipping and adding another caching plugin is not the fix.
Security patches never stop and the attack surface keeps growing.
WPML or Polylang has turned every translation into a workaround.
The Reality
The longer you wait, the more tangled it gets. The migration is not the risk. Standing still is.
What Survives the Move
Your SEO and content come along.
The biggest fear about leaving WordPress is losing organic traffic. That fear is reasonable. It is also avoidable. A migration done properly preserves the things that actually matter.
-
All your URLs
with a full 301 redirect map. We cover both /?p=123 query patterns and pretty permalinks.
-
Your content
exported, cleaned, and re-imported into a structured content model.
-
Your SEO signals
page-level meta, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt and structured data are configured server-side.
-
Your media library
moved to a CDN with proper image optimization. No more thumbnail regeneration plugins.
-
Your editor habits
we map the workflows your team already uses, not theoretical ones.
What Changes
The plugin treadmill stops.
Some things you will not miss. Most WordPress sites carry years of plugin choices and admin habits that only made sense at the time. Migration is the moment to drop them.
-
ACF custom fields
become reusable block schemas. Fields you fill per-page turn into proper components.
-
Gutenberg blocks
map one-to-one onto frontend components. What renders in the editor is what ships.
-
Plugins go away
Yoast, WPML, WP Rocket, Wordfence and the rest are replaced by features built into the new stack or removed entirely.
-
wp-admin is gone
your editors get a CMS that was designed for editors, not for a 2003 blog tool.
-
PHP and MySQL go away
the new site is static or server-rendered, hosted on a CDN. No more shared hosting, no more wp-cron timeouts.
How It Works
The migration process
Audit and content model
We crawl your existing site, export the database, and review every ACF group, every custom post type, every taxonomy. Then we design the content model around how your team actually works, not around how WordPress happens to store things. You approve the model before anything else starts.
Build, migrate, redirect
We build the frontend in Astro, with content models in Storyblok or DatoCMS. Your content is exported from WordPress, transformed, and imported into the new CMS. Every old URL gets mapped to a new one. We run the redirect map against your top-traffic pages from Analytics before launch.
Cutover and 30 days of watching
We launch on a low-traffic window, swap DNS, and monitor Search Console, Analytics, and Core Web Vitals for 30 days. If anything slips, we fix it. After that you decide whether to take it from here or keep us on with a subscription.
What this is not
This is not a lift-and-shift.
We do not copy the WordPress structure into a new CMS. That would only move the mess. The content model is rebuilt from how your editors think, not how the old admin happened to be wired.
Start with an auditPricing
Fixed price, no scope creep
WordPress migrations vary in scope. A 50-page corporate site with two languages and clean ACF groups is one thing. A 500-page editorial site with a decade of page-builder pages is another. The ranges below are where typical projects land. Once we scope yours, you get a fixed quote.
-
Full audit of your WordPress install, plugins, and content
-
Content model rebuilt around your editors
-
Redirect map for every old URL
-
Content migration from MySQL/WP-CLI export
-
Frontend in Astro, CMS in Storyblok or DatoCMS
-
SEO preserved with structured data, sitemap, hreflang
-
30 days of post-launch monitoring
-
Same team stays accountable for the system
-
Performance and uptime monitored continuously
-
Content and component changes handled monthly
All prices are net, excluding applicable VAT.
Who This Is For
Who this is for
This works well if you
-
Run a content-driven WordPress site that has outgrown its setup
-
Have multiple languages or markets built on WPML or Polylang and want this stable
-
Care about organic traffic and need every redirect mapped before launch
-
Want your editors out of the WordPress admin without retraining them on something just as messy
-
Need a fixed price and a clear scope, not an open-ended migration
This is not a fit if you
-
Run a WooCommerce store as the core of the business and need a commerce-first replatform. We can help, but the scope is different. Talk to us first
-
Have a small brochure site where WordPress is fine and the cost of migration outweighs the gain
-
Want to stay on WordPress and use it as a headless backend. That is a valid choice, just not what we do
